Annual General Meeting 2024 - 2025

 

Dear Members,

Pertaining to the 20th AGM - Annual General Meeting of New India Travel CoOperative Limited for the year 2024-25, it took place on Saturday, 20th Dec., 2025 at Chakolas Pavillion  Centre with 2100(plus) Members' participation.

This AGM began @ 10:30am with Prayer followed by Lighting-the-Lamp, Welcome speech, Inaugural speech, Presidential speech, Chairman speech, Audit-report-presentation and, Felicitation speech by the Distinguished Guests, Recognition of the valuable Members on their contribution & achievements and Vote-of-thanks.

Shri P. Narayanan, native of Kolangattukara of Thrissur & Council Member of USA inaugurated the AGM and given a heart-touching speech.

Shri Manojkumar K.P., Managing Director and a native of Kolangattukara gave Presidential speech with words of diplomacy ratificating on NITC's present and future Projects.  Shri P. Ravindran, Founder & Chairman of NITC., native of Kannur of Kerala State and well-versed in MSCS gave a potential speech.

During the Welcome speech by Shri M. Vidyasagar, President, all our distinguished guests, dignitaries and Members were wholeheartedly welcomed to the 20th AGM of NITC.  The President spontaneously explained about the present & future Projects leading to permanent source of income including the rules & regulations of MSCS based on the MSCS act of '02 and amendment act of '23.

Shri Sreegovind, General Manager presented NITC's Audit-report for the year 2024-25 followed by mass applause and ratification by our overwhelmed Members.   All our distinguished guests given Felicitation speeches. 

The 20th AGM of NITC Ltd was ended with Vote-of-Thanks.
